The person for this position will be responsible to develop and manage a sales territory for corporate housing products/services to a variety of potential and ongoing accounts. This position requires strong knowledge of outside sales, the corporate housing industry, the company’s inventory, products and services available; and the ability to manage the sales territory by providing functional guidance and work direction to the internal coordinators. The person for this position will be conducting sales meetings and giving corporate housing group presentations, while quoting price options and authorizing temporary housing arrangements with clients. This position is also responsible for meeting/exceeding the sales revenue budget, conducting site tours and giving presentations of products and services, plus tele-prospecting for new client accounts.

To be considered for this position, the ideal candidate will have demonstrated strong outside sales skills/success, business-to-business sales experience, strong interpersonal and verbal communication and customer service skills, a thorough knowledge of corporate housing products and services, demonstrated management and leadership skills, proven organizational skills, the ability to prioritize the multiple needs of clients and strong computer skills including Power Point presentations. This corporate housing company offers a base salary + monthly bonus with no cap that could drive first year compensation to around 85-90K and upwards from there + a comprehensive benefits package and a 401K + matching.
